How we use your details
The Agent Response Index is run by Dotty&Dash. This page covers the "send me my report" form on this site.
What we collect
Your name, your agency and branch, your work email and your role. Nothing else. This site sets no tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To send your branch its private report.
- To tell you when we test your borough, if you are not in one we have tested yet.
- To follow up about your report and about how Dotty&Dash could help your branch. You can say no at any time.
Who sees it
Only the Dotty&Dash team. We never share one branch's results or details with another branch, and we never sell your details. Requests reach us by email through our email provider.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after your last contact with us, then we delete it.
About the test itself
To run the index we sent one email and made one phone call to each branch's published contact details. We keep the time each branch replied and what the reply offered. We only name the top five branches. Everyone else's results stay private to that branch.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email press@theagentresponseindex.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
